Summary
Seeking an experienced Hospitality Leader to drive service and operational excellence for a high-volume restaurant within the Design Gallery. The role focuses on talent development, operational oversight, financial performance, and creating elevated guest experiences while collaborating across Culinary and Gallery leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members and leaders through coaching and structured training
- Oversee recruitment, hiring and onboarding to build a high-performing dining team
- Drive the strategic direction of dining room operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain operational excellence including quality, safety and regulatory compliance
- Serve as a brand ambassador for guests, leaders and team members
- Manage financial performance by setting labor and sales goals and analyzing reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Culinary and Gallery leadership locally and globally
- Provide in-the-moment guidance to uphold dining room service standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant or equivalent
- Expertise in managing labor, food costs, inventory controls and resource planning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, inventory management systems and point of sale systems
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across leadership levels
- Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and variable shifts
- Capable of frequently moving and lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
