Job Description

Summary

The Client Service Representative Supervisor oversees day to day client service operations of the boutique, managing POS, aftersales, phone communication, cash integrity, inventory control, loss prevention and supporting boutique operations. This role partners with boutique leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and efficient cashwrap performance. The supervisor trains and coaches associates and assists with merchandising and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee POS system operations and cashiering functions
  • Manage aftersales processes including exchanges and returns
  • Ensure excellent customer service including greeting and phone etiquette
  • Maintain cash integrity by completing opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with packing or wrapping customer purchases
  • Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping
  • Participate in inventories and loss prevention activities
  • Train, coach and manage stock associates on operational tasks and policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years retail cashiering experience
  • Luxury retail background preferred
  • Ability to work full time including varied hours nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal communication organization and follow through skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise and fixtures
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies procedures and standards
  • Availability to travel as needed
