Summary

Provide exceptional in-store customer service and product guidance for a luxury apparel brand while supporting daily store operations and maintaining merchandising standards. Deliver a personalized and elevated shopping experience to drive sales and build client relationships. Collaborate with team members to meet store performance goals and uphold brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a high level of professionalism and product knowledge
• Provide personalized fittings and styling recommendations to clients
• Drive sales through consultative selling and follow up with clients
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize product displays
• Process transactions accurately and handle point of sale duties
• Manage inventory tasks including restocking and receiving shipments
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to learn product details and provide fitting advice
• Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment
• Reliable availability including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
