Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide attentive, friendly service to families and children
• Offer product knowledge and recommend items based on customer needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle payment methods
• Maintain store presentation including merchandising and restocking
• Assist with fitting and product demonstrations as needed
• Support inventory counts and loss prevention efforts
• Communicate promotions and store events to customers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible, part time schedule including weekends
• Basic math skills and experience with point of sale systems
• Comfort working with children and caregivers in a retail setting
