Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships, offer style and fit guidance, and share product knowledge.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and help keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and cleaning.
• Work flexible hours and support other departments as needed.
