Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, deliver personalized styling advice, and educate on product features.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and conversion targets while working on commission.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, clienteling, and appointment setting.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain merchandising standards, floor presentation, and stock levels on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in apparel or a related fashion environment.
• Proven sales performance with strong customer service and communication skills.
