The Commission Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales of womens footwear on the retail floor through exceptional client service and relationship building. This commission-based role focuses on achieving individual sales targets, delivering personalized styling recommendations, and contributing to overall store performance. The associate maintains merchandising standards and collaborates with the store team to ensure an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed individual commission targets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
• Maintain visual merchandising, floor standards, and accurate inventory on the sales floor.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or luxury fashion.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and working in a commission-based role.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move merchandise throughout a shift.
