Responsibilities

• Engage and assist clients on the sales floor to drive sales and meet individual targets
• Provide styling guidance and in-depth product knowledge of designer ready-to-wear
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and clienteling
• Process transactions and handle returns accurately and professionally
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with stock and inventory tasks

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury or fashion retail sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including weekends and evenings
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and work on commission
