Responsibilities

• Drive sales with in-store and online customers using available technology.
• Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, and operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor.
• Share information about loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to meet customer needs.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
