Part-time Commission Sales Associate supporting the Mens department at a department store location. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and commission targets through proactive selling.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of mens merchandise and current trends.
• Process transactions accurately, handle returns, and follow store cash handling procedures.
• Support merchandising standards, restock inventory, and keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in mens apparel or department store environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working a part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Motivated by commission structure and able to consistently meet sales goals.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
