Summary

Perform commission-based sales for menswear at a flagship location on North Michigan Avenue. Deliver personalized service to clients, drive sales, and represent the brand on the sales floor. Work full time supporting store revenue goals and maintaining visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations for menswear.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission targets.
• Process transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations and stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in menswear or luxury retail.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work on commission.
