Part-Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer service while representing brand standards. Meet individual sales objectives and KPIs, support store visual and operational standards, and assist customers with styling and fitting room needs. Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, inclusive store environment and participate in training to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and personalized styling advice to exceed customer expectations.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs (SPH, data capture) and utilize tools to drive performance.
• Assist customers in the fitting room, handle sizing, and maintain fitting room standards.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, complete opening and closing tasks.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment, and inventory processes.
• Participate in company trainings on product, process, compliance, and talent development.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on the sales floor for multiple hours and operate the register.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver around sales floor, stock/dressing room, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as needed.
