PT Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a customer-first, personalized shopping experience on the sales floor to drive sales and build clientele. The role focuses on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while representing brand standards and supporting store initiatives. Ambassadors use digital tools and alternative purchasing paths to expand product accessibility and support business results.

Responsibilities

• Drive business by focusing on the customer and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Support company and store initiatives, participate in team training, and provide feedback to management.
• Utilize digital and alternative purchase tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) and broaden product discovery through QR codes and digital catalogs.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and engage in networking to build a clientele.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred and strong customer communication skills.
• Ability to operate the register and work on the sales floor standing, walking, and moving for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., work around chemicals, and perform moderate climbing as needed.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, possible overnight shifts and travel; ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
