Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized customer service and styling guidance for women's ready-to-wear.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team results.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain visual merchandising and floor standards.
• Collaborate with merchandising and management to execute promotions and stock presentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in women's fashion or luxury retail.
• Strong product knowledge of women's ready-to-wear and styling ability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and comfort with POS systems.
