Provides high-impact sales and customer service on the women's shoe floor. Responsible for meeting individual commission targets through proactive client engagement and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships to drive sales.
• Achieve personal sales goals and commission targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of the women's shoe assortment and current trends.
• Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is well presented and stocked.
• Process sales transactions and assist with inventory replenishment and receiving as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or commission sales experience, preferably in footwear or apparel.
• Strong communication, clienteling, and closing skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure.
