Responsibilities

• Deliver the five-point selling standard through greeting, helpful service, fashion guidance, and follow-up.
• Build a personal customer base using in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer styling and fit advice, maintain product knowledge, and meet personal sales goals.
• Stock, re-merchandise, mark down, and recover merchandise to keep the department customer-ready.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods, and assist other departments as needed.
