Summary

Sell men's apparel by providing personalized styling and product guidance to customers in-store and online. Build customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and support a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships and provide helpful, honest service and feedback on style and fit.
• Develop product and fashion knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Work a variable schedule and occasionally support another department.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet physical requirements, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
