Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and offer confident style and fit guidance.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital selling tools.
• Meet sales goals, follow up with customers, and encourage Nordy Club enrollment.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep the department stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
