Provide personalized service and fashion guidance to women's apparel customers while building lasting relationships and meeting sales goals. Maintain expertise in product, fit, and trends to create a welcoming shopping experience and encourage customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide helpful style and fit advice.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital selling tools.
• Set and achieve sales goals, follow up with customers, and support Nordy Club enrollment.
• Keep the department customer-ready by stocking, re-merchandising, marking down, and recovering merchandise.
• Maintain product and trend knowledge and contribute to a productive, supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
