Summary

Provide personalized service and fashion guidance to women's apparel customers while building lasting relationships and achieving sales goals. Help customers find clothing that suits their needs, style, and fit preferences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and build a personal customer base through in-store and digital outreach.
• Offer styling and fit advice, share product knowledge, and follow up with customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals while maintaining a customer-ready department through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and merchandise recovery.
• Support the team and department in a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including extended movement and lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
