Summary

Provide personalized service and product guidance in the Home Department while building customer relationships and achieving sales goals. Keep the department ready for customers and contribute to a positive, productive team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard and build customer relationships through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer product and style guidance, meet sales goals, and follow up with customers to encourage loyalty.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods, and support other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills and a team-first mindset.
• Comfort using technology and digital selling tools, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
