Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide helpful style and fit recommendations.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Follow up with customers, encourage Nordy Club enrollment, and maintain a Personal Book.
• Meet sales goals and maintain product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory participation.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods, and support the team as needed.
