Concierge, Client Experience - The Landmark

Summary

The Client Experience Concierge at The Landmark delivers highly personalized, one-to-one luxury service for domestic and global clients visiting The Landmark. This role curates bespoke experiences, manages appointments and private spaces, and acts as a trusted brand ambassador to uphold Tiffany & Co.'s heritage and standards. The Concierge leverages deep hospitality networks and local knowledge to create memorable client moments.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated, bespoke client services for VIC clients and executive guests.
• Curate and arrange activities, entertainment, dining, transportation, and detailed itineraries in New York City.
• Manage appointment schedules and multiple private spaces within The Landmark.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with luxury hotels, restaurants, and hospitality partners.
• Serve as liaison between Client Advisors, Sales Managers, and other departments; lead internal tours and support hospitality events.
• Partner with the Client Experience Manager and Director and provide ad-hoc administrative support.

Requirements

• 4+ years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Proven relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants and experience working with VIC/high-net-worth clients.
• Event and catering management experience and expertise coordinating travel and transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; multilingual proficiency highly preferred.
