CRM & Client Development Analyst

Summary

The CRM & Client Development Analyst supports client-centric growth and retention strategies across the Americas. This role uses client data, analytics, and CRM initiatives to strengthen engagement, improve boutique performance, and deliver a high-quality luxury client experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client data, monitor CRM KPIs, and develop regular and ad hoc dashboards and reports.
• Support CRM campaign execution, analyze performance, and recommend ways to improve engagement and ROI.
• Maintain high standards for client data quality, segment client lists, and support targeted initiatives.
• Serve as the CRM point of contact for boutiques, providing tool guidance and training while driving KPI accountability.
• Coordinate client experiences, events, and hospitality programs with internal teams and boutiques.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM, data analytics, or digital marketing; luxury retail experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with Salesforce, Looker, or SAP is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; fluency in English required, with Spanish or French a plus.
