The Stylist guides and inspires customers through a personalized, appointment-based shopping experience. This in-store role builds lasting client relationships while supporting customers both in person and online.

Responsibilities

• Create appointment-based client experiences and cultivate customer relationships.
• Deliver welcoming, seamless service to in-store and online clients.
• Drive sales by using technology and sharing product and loyalty program information.
• Support merchandising, fulfillment, floor standards, and fitting room upkeep.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
