Senior Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver a personalized, premium client experience and build lasting relationships as a Senior Client Advisor. Represent the Maison through in-depth product knowledge, storytelling, and attentive service while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, guide them through the sales ceremony, and provide recommendations and after-sales support.
• Develop client relationships by accurately capturing client data, following up, and participating in boutique events and networking.
• Share knowledge of the Maison, its history, values, collections, materials, construction, and care.
• Support daily boutique operations, including set-up, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and special projects.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while following retail guidelines and maintaining strong service standards.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of or interest in timepiece movements.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and work collaboratively.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends; additional language skills are a plus.
