Concierge

As a Concierge at Holt Renfrew, you will provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a high standard of service within the store environment. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, maintaining expert knowledge of the store and its offerings.

• Provide excellent customer service consistently to all clients.
• Maintain expert knowledge of store layout and product locations.
• Resolve customer service issues within company policy.
• Manage inquiries and requests in person, via phone, or email.
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints within 24 hours.
• Process gift cards for internal and external clients.
• Support the client services department as needed.
• Provide support to the sales floor as a POS super user.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the concierge community.
• Develop and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.
• Maintain knowledge of local community highlights.
• Attend concierge events and information sessions.
• Assist with store events, including list creation and ticket collection.
• Ensure plasma screen text is current and relevant.
• Respond to event-related inquiries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies and cyber security measures.

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Good working knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
