- Ensure compliance with building codes and maintain safety and quality standards on site.
- Maintain communication with internal teams, contractors, and service providers.
- Perform site visits to ensure timely project completion and report discrepancies to the Vice President.
- Revise Master Construction Projects schedule and maintain departmental communications.
- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners and support internal Facilities team.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Several years of experience in retail construction management, preferably with luxury retail projects.
- Experience with various retail project types including temporary stores and minor renovations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with transparent communication abilities.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to maintain a high level of professionalism.
