Consultant Coordinator Global CVM Logistic

Summary

Support global execution of Creative Visual Merchandising initiatives by coordinating logistics, shipping, and project documentation to ensure timely delivery of assets for seasonal campaigns, activations, and new store openings. Serve as a liaison with regions, vendors, and carriers to resolve operational issues and maintain delivery trackers. Use ERP systems and reporting tools to monitor shipments and provide visibility across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and shipping guidance for global CVM programs
• Maintain delivery trackers and escalate delays when needed
• Partner with regions, vendors, and carriers to resolve operational issues
• Support documentation and reporting for project execution
• Manage schedules for asset delivery for campaigns and store openings
• Use vendor portals and tracking tools to monitor shipments
• Provide operational updates and escalate risks to stakeholders

Requirements

• 2 years of logistics coordination supply chain or operations experience
• Strong understanding of shipping customs processes and delivery tracking
• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and dashboard reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Suite SharePoint and Power BI
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP logistics tracking systems
• Clear professional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
