• Collaborate with R and D and culinary teams to meet project goals.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records of trials.
• Train kitchen staff on new recipes and techniques.

Requirements

• Previous culinary development or chef experience.
• Experience working in test kitchens or pilot facilities.
• Strong recipe writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to scale recipes and understand food production processes.
• Good sensory evaluation and palate skills.
