Job Description

Summary

Support the creation and implementation of a seamless onboarding experience for retail boutique teams by managing LMS content, streamlining processes, and ensuring new hires have necessary tools and training. Collaborate with cross functional partners and vendors to develop engaging materials and monitor training completion metrics to drive continuous improvement. Provide administrative support for onboarding logistics and maintain organized training resources within internal retail applications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in adapting and enhancing the onboarding process for boutique teams
  • Communicate onboarding tasks, updates, alerts, and reminders to teams
  • Create and update onboarding materials including PowerPoint decks and digital content
  • Manage and evolve LMS content based on feedback and performance data
  • Develop tools and resources to elevate the onboarding journey
  • Partner with external vendors to enhance tool effectiveness
  • Monitor usage of training tools and generate reporting on completion rates
  • Maintain onboarding space within internal retail applications
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management and training logistics

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of prior experience
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 9-6 with Friday work from home
  • Strong English communication skills verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint Excel Word and Outlook
  • Excellent follow through attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize in fast paced environments
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
  • Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus
