Job Description

Summary

As a Coordinator for Corporate Groups Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with HR and leaders to streamline recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience. Your role will involve managing recruitment administration, supporting hiring and onboarding, and assisting with recruitment events.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange candidate phone screens, digital interviews, and in-person interviews.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system for job postings and candidate tracking.
  • Conduct new talent acquisition hire trainings and systems trainings.
  • Partner with Recruiters and HRBPs for event support and outreach activities.
  • Create and update presentation decks and manage outreach projects.
  • Manage billing related to talent acquisition expenses.
  • Facilitate background checks and onboarding processes.
  • Support logistics for recruitment events and attend as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail for accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in the recruitment process.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
