The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides expert product knowledge and personalized beauty consultations to customers on the sales floor in the Beauty Space at Aventura. Advisors assist with product selection, application demonstrations, and follow-up to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one beauty consultations and makeup application demonstrations to customers.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs and achieve individual and department sales goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, bookings, and clienteling activities.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock displays, and ensure testers and hygiene standards are upheld.
• Process transactions, handle exchanges or returns per store procedures, and assist with inventory tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or beauty sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of cosmetics and application techniques; willingness to learn brand-specific lines and services.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and to stand for extended periods.
