Responsibilities

• Greet and consult customers to assess skincare and makeup needs.
• Demonstrate and apply cosmetic products and perform makeovers.

• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about new launches.
• Ensure merchandising standards and keep the counter organized and stocked.
• Process transactions and handle returns or exchanges appropriately.
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on appointments.
• Support inventory counts and assist with stockroom organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail or cosmetics consultation.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and makeup products and application techniques.
