Responsibilities

• Deliver one on one beauty and fragrance consultations to customers
• Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to drive sales
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor
• Support inventory management and restocking activities
• Process transactions and ensure accurate sales reporting
• Promote upcoming launches and in store events to customers
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business

Requirements

• Strong interest in cosmetics and fragrance products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a retail environment and meet sales goals
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Previous retail or beauty advisory experience preferred
