Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service and personalized styling to cultivate lasting client relationships and drive sales. The role leverages digital tools and CRM to support clienteling, outreach, and business growth while upholding store visual and service standards. This position also supports coaching Brand Ambassadors and participates in store initiatives to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge to customers.
• Drive individual sales and support the team in meeting monthly and quarterly goals.
• Utilize CRM (Polo Connect) and digital tools to capture customer data and perform outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric service and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store training, company initiatives, and community outreach.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer needs.
• Operate the register and balance tasks across the sales floor, stock, and fitting rooms.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
