Summary

Provide expert beauty guidance and outstanding service to customers in Bloomingdale's cosmetics department. Build client relationships, support sales in store and online, and help create a compelling merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, seamless, and engaging in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology effectively.
• Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations and treatments, and trend advice.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience; cosmetics experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
