Provide expert cosmetics and fragrance advice to customers on the sales floor at a flagship location on North Michigan Avenue. Deliver personalized product recommendations, perform fragrance demonstrations, and drive sales while maintaining visual standards and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their fragrance and cosmetics needs.
• Provide tailored product demonstrations and sampling.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through consultative selling.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties accurately.
• Stay current on product launches and brand promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics and fragrances or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and retail hours including evenings.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand.
