Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, seamless customer experience and cultivate client relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using available technology.
• Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, treatments, and product recommendations.
• Support merchandising and operational requirements while maintaining an engaging merchandise presentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience required; cosmetics experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
