The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads and supervises a team of Beauty Advisors to provide excellent service and drive sales. The role focuses on building customer relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining compelling merchandise presentation in store and online.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and engaging in-store customer experience while cultivating relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements.
• Keep Beauty Advisors welcoming, engaged, and productive on the sales floor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
