Job Description
As a Cosmetics Counter Manager at Bergen County, you will lead a team to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service at the Augustinus Bader counter. You will manage daily operations, ensuring the counter meets its sales targets and maintains a high standard of presentation.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and counter sales goals.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the counter, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked.
- Provide personalized customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in cosmetics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for cosmetics and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
