Cosmetics Counter Manager

As a Cosmetics Counter Manager at Bergen County, you will lead a team to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service at the Yves Saint Laurent/Armani counter. You will be responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring the counter meets its sales goals.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and counter sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and ensure the counter is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Coordinate with brand representatives to plan and execute promotional events.
• Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in cosmetics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for cosmetics and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
