The Counter Manager leads and develops a productive team of Beauty Advisors. This role drives in-store and online sales by building customer relationships, delivering excellent service, and sharing product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create a seamless, engaging in-store experience and cultivate customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology effectively.
• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks.
• Lead Beauty Advisors in delivering welcoming service and maintaining compelling merchandise presentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
