The Cosmetics Counter Manager develops and supervises a productive team of Beauty Advisors. The role focuses on building customer relationships, delivering excellent service and product knowledge, and maintaining engaging merchandise presentation in-store and online.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology effectively.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements.
• Support Beauty Advisors in providing welcoming service and maintaining strong productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and other technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
