Responsibilities

• Coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors, relationship selling, and use of selling technology.
• Develop team members through recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and leadership.
• Lead merchandising execution and coordinate with visual and merchandise leaders.
• Oversee restocking, floor moves, signing, and fulfillment metrics to support timely order completion.
• Support total-store priorities and plan workflow to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and at least 3 years of direct experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and strategy execution skills.
• Ability to monitor and adjust workflow to meet priorities.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, reaching, climbing ladders, and frequently lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
