Cosmetics Counter Manager - Fragrances

Summary

Leads the fragrance cosmetics counter, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Oversees daily operations, merchandising, inventory control, and staff performance to meet sales targets. Acts as the primary contact for fragrance brands and ensures compliance with visual and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the fragrance counter including stocking, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Coach, schedule, and develop counter staff to achieve sales goals and deliver superior customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with fragrance brand representatives and coordinate promotions and launches.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement action plans to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in beauty or fragrances.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and coaching teams.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management.
