Job Description

Summary

The Counter Manager will lead the CHANEL counter within Shoppers Drug Mart at Avenue and Lawrence, delivering a luxury one-to-one client experience, driving sales for fragrance and beauty, and building long-term customer relationships. This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Territory Manager and responsible for achieving sales goals and maintaining exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior client service through personalized consultations and exceptional care.
  • Generate maximum sales volume and achieve planned sales goals for fragrance and beauty.
  • Use consultative selling skills to relate to customer needs and secure repeat business.
  • Increase the customer base and build future business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
  • Represent the brand values and deliver the CHANEL luxury client experience.
  • Report performance and updates to the Territory Manager.

Requirements

  • Prior retail or beauty counter management experience; managerial level default applied.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in beauty or fragrance.
  • Strong client service and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work a 30 hour full-time schedule and maintain professional presentation.
