Job Description

Summary

The Counter Manager will lead the Chanel counter within a Shoppers Drug Mart location, delivering a luxury one to one client experience while driving sales and building customer loyalty. This role focuses on achieving sales goals for Fragrance and Beauty, growing the customer base, and fostering strong in store relationships through effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Create a personalised luxury client experience and deliver superior client service.
  • Conduct consultations and extend exceptional client care to every customer.
  • Use selling skills to relate product recommendations to customer needs.
  • Generate maximum sales volume and achieve the planned sales goals.
  • Increase the customer base and build long term business.
  • Build and maintain strong in store business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager and implement brand standards at the counter.
  • Support daily operations of the counter within the store environment.

Requirements

  • Proven retail counter or beauty sales experience, preferably in luxury or prestige brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent client service and consultation skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work in a store based environment and support store hours.
  • Customer focused with a professional presentation.
  • Available for full time and temporary month to month coverage as required.
