Summary
Provide white-glove client services as the primary contact for Account Executives, retail partners, wholesale accounts, and consumers, delivering personalized luxury experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving revenue through strategic clienteling and upselling.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound communications across phone email and live chat with prompt professional personalized service
- Address customer inquiries on products orders accounts and services resolving issues to completion
- Cultivate long-term client relationships using clienteling techniques and personalized recommendations
- Proactively follow up on interactions monitor satisfaction and create memorable experiences
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
- Experience in high-touch customer service or client services roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple channels
- Ability to analyze issues troubleshoot and deliver effective resolutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and accurate data management
