Summary
Lead daily operations and administration of the service and watchmaker workshop within the Flagship Boutique in New York City. Act as the liaison between boutique management, watchmakers, clients, and internal departments to ensure clear communication, timely follow-up, and adherence to brand standards. Manage incoming and outgoing service shipments, spare parts inventory, documentation, and weekly reporting to support efficient workshop operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between boutique teams, watchmakers, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely communication and resolution of service matters.
- Coordinate preparation, packing, documentation, tracking, and dispatch of all incoming and outgoing service and repair shipments.
- Maintain an organized workshop environment and manage spare parts inventory in compliance with inventory and audit controls.
- Execute and follow up on directives from the Retail Operations Manager and Retail Director, tracking actions, deadlines, and outstanding items.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and web, coordinating internally to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports and other business information as requested by management.
- Provide flexible administrative support and assist with special projects as needed; able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably within luxury, timepiece, or service administration.
- Highly organized with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office including strong Excel skills; SAP experience preferred.
- Professional communication skills with clients; additional language skills a plus.
- Flexibility to work boutique schedules and adapt to changing priorities; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
